All orders sent out will be in registered package and must be received by customer.
Shipment Tracking Numbers will be sent to customer for tracking purpose.
CiT Adventure Store will not be held responsible to any order delivery pertaining to customer's Local Postal / Custom detention, delay, missing, non-delivery or damage to packages.
Customers are responsible to sort out the matter with their respective Local Postal or Custom.
Customer are offered 7 days return and refund is subject to 20% re-stocking off the item price. Postal cost to be bear by customer.
If any undelivered package is returned to us, we will send a notification for either refund and re-shipping, cost to be bear by customer.
All refunds are subjected to 20% re-stocking, freight cost is not included in the refund.
