Customers are responsible to sort out the matter with their respective Local Postal or Custom. Customer are offered 7 days return and refund is subject to 20% re-stocking off the item price. Postal cost to be bear by customer. If any undelivered package is returned to us, we will send a notification for either refund and re-shipping, cost to be bear by customer. All refunds are subjected to 20% re-stocking, freight cost is not included in the refund. |
