1. ORDERING
There 2 methods you can place the order with us
- If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you can fill the Order Request Form with all your details. We will send you an invoice of your request by email including the shipping rates.
- If you prefer to use Pay Pal, simply click your preferred item and Add to Cart. To check-out just follow the instructions.
After transaction has been received, Taiwan Adventure Store will send out the items within 2 to 3 working days unless there are local holidays or we are camping. All shipment will be sent by registered parcel unless indicated. A tracking number will be sent to you. Once the orders are sent out , you will be liable with your Custom pertaining to any missing orders or retention of the package.
2. PAYMENT
Payment can be through Pay Pal as a preferred transaction , it is safe and secure, Pay Pal will convert to your local rates
Freight charges will be calculated when you check the item(s) out. Expect freight delays during local holidays. We are not responsible if there is any custom delay or package detention at your end.
4. RETURN POLICY
If you have purchased any product not to your satisfactory, we have a 1 week product return policy. Ensure all packaging and product is not damage. Consumer will be liable for return freight cost.
